In these 6 x  one hour sessions you will learn  mind training methods  to master pain.

Session #1.
LIVING A NEW LIFE  WITH PAIN
  • Explore the impact of your personal biography and its relationship to how you live with pain today. Beginning right where you are now, you will create a clear map of where you want to be.
  • Look down the history of your relationship to pain with its challenges and triumphs and discover how every painful event is part of a greater unfolding story.
  • Undertake a thorough analysis of your pain phases and stages, daily, weekly and annually to reveal your own personal pain cycle.
  • Identify the cost of pain to your relationships, career, business and family, and craft  a new neural pathway that gives you access to acceptance of a good life with pain.
  • Discover the deeper meaning behind your illness, injury, trauma or  addiction, revealing the hidden gifts they bring to your life.
  • Awaken the 3 power bases within your body, heart and mind  to unlock a deeper dimension of your life,  that enables you to co-create a life with pain that is inspiring and uplifting, while living in the midst of pain.
SESSION #2
AWAKEN YOUR PERSONAL POWER
TO LIVE WELL WITH PAIN
  • Learn how to access the limitless support and resources of the Universe with an authentic confidence and faith that brings forth the fulfillment of your greatest personal power to deal with pain.
  • Reframe pain into a game where you learn to move from being a victim to the effects of pain, to being empowered and strengthened by pain.
  • Discover how to access and use an ancient pain method that uses your fear and resistance to break through your habitual pain cycle.
  • Learn to integrate and assimilate the gifts within pain to help your body relax, your emotional life to be more calm and centered, and your mind to become an ally to live well with pain.
  • Discover how to make friends with your pain no matter how intense, painful, difficult and debilitating your life with pain is.
  • Empower yourself to use, setbacks, obstacles, and disappointments as fuel to catapult you toward living a life in freedom with pain.

SESSION #3:
PAIN POWER BASE 1
REWIRE YOUR BODIES RESPONSE TO PAIN

  • Learn how to change the way you relate to the actual physiological response to pain in your body in a way that gives you unprecedented power to move beyond the pain response patterns of your past.
  • Learn 3  simple and effect self care techniques that provide comfort, ease  and relief for your body, that you can use in everyday situations with pain.
  • Discover what major food groups you need to avoid that stimulate pain receptors and actually increase your pain. Design your own personal “pain diet” that will help harness your available energy to deal effectively with your pain.
  • Learn the 5 key master practices of maintaining a healthy body, while living in pain.  ( 1. Adequate Sleep and rest, 2. healthy diet and plenty of water, ( no minerals in water etc), 3. deep breathing, 4. gentle exercise, stretching or yoga and stretching, 5. the inner smile. )
  • Discover and learn a deep breathing technique that aligns your bodies natural wisdom to be in harmony with your pain.
SESSION #4
PAIN POWER BASE  2
AWAKEN YOUR EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE  TO PAIN
  • Learn how to have an empowered relationship with your feelings and emotions in response to your pain in order to avoid the pitfalls of becoming trapped in victim mode to your pain.
  • Learn how to connect with the part of yourself that is deeper than your emotional response to pain, and create  “a sacred pain attitude”, that will help you relax and remain calm in the midst of every pain contraction you experience.
  • Learn four key emotional training practices that will transform your emotional response to pain.
  • Learn how to develop a courageous heart and confront your pain head on, dealing with your deep fears, doubts and anxieties around your pain.
  • Understand how to utilize the true power of surrender in the face of the instinctual fight, flight and freeze response to pain.
SESSION #5:
PAIN POWER BASE 3
HARNESS THE POWER OF YOUR MIND  TO USE PAIN CONSTUCTIVELY
  • Explore the core pain blocks, obstacles and beliefs that keep you trapped as a victim to your pain, creating a pathway to harness the power of your own mind to live in freedom with pain.
  • Discover how to harness the power of your own mind and use your personal presence to live well with any level of chronic or acute pain.
  • Learn how to turn your mind towards your pain and train it to become your ally verses your enemy.
  • Discover how to practice training your mind to stay with the pain in your body,  welcoming it rather than rejecting and running from it.
  • Master concentration and meditation techniques to create your own natural pain breathing cycle to train your mind to relax and breath through pain.
  • Learn how to train your mind to  “hang loose with pain”, crafting an attitude of openness, lightness and ease, regardless of the intensity, persistence and heaviness of your pain.
SESSION #6
LIVING WITH PAIN DAILY LIFE  INTEGRATION
  • If you are serious about changing your life and relationship to pain you need to practice what you learn in sessions 1 through 5. Lesson six helps you tie all the ends together giving you specific practices that you use every day you live with pain.
  • Learn to be accountable to the pain management goals you set your self to change.
  • Learn how to get traction and feel empowered by bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be in relationship to your pain.
  • Discover the three essential power base practices to integrate your pain insights into actual behaviour change.
  • Learn how to be disciplined to practice making the changes you want to make with change even when you don’t feel like, are tired, low on energy or just plain fed up with pain.
  • Use the support of your pain coach to help you remain focused and to stay the path as your learn to integrate change.
